Shah founded the ZLS sometime ago. The name of the organization
itself indicates
that its aim has been to evolve learning strategies which
would be enjoyable and meaningful. Considering the widely
felt difficulties in learning English leading to serious
problems of communication, Ramesh Shah encouraged research
and development in the area of education technology which
is focused on the English pedagogy. He visualized the Zodiac
